ANTHONY L. TERSIGNI has been a litigator in private practice since 1967, first in a mid-size Manhattan firm, where he was the head of its litigation department for five years, and since then with Meyers Tersigni Feldman & Gray LLP. Prior to engaging in private practice, he was in the Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, where, for three years, he handled and argued appeals before the U.S. Court of Military Appeals. Mr. Tersigni has extensive litigation experience in diverse areas such as securities, corporate, proxy and tender offer, trademark, copyright, non-compete, insurance, real estate, employment, class action and other commercial litigation.
