PAUL K. FELDMAN has been in private practice since 1968 in the areas of corporate law, securities, real estate and trusts and estates. His work has involved general representation of numerous closely-held corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, including the negotiation and drafting of shareholder and partnership agreements, employment and consulting agreements; mergers and acquisitions; public offerings and private placements; complex bank loan agreements; license agreements; advice regarding shareholders' and directors' meetings; and general consultation and advice regarding diverse corporate and business matters. Mr. Feldman's real estate work includes the sale, acquisition, leasing and financing of real property. His trusts and estates work includes the preparation of wills and trusts, probate, estate planning advice and representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries. He has also acted as the fiduciary of several trusts and estates. Mr. Feldman is of counsel to the firm in its Purchase office.
